Ibas a flat and had roadside assistance coming and I called to ask if I could get the tire there could they fix it for me so I didn’t have to get on the highway on the spare tire. They asked me the details of my tire and told me to get it to them. I arrived about 6:45, 15 minutes until close. They were all very kind and got my tire replaced and got me back on the road. I wish I had a dealer near me.

From the moment I walked in, Salman demonstrated professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine commitment to ensuring my needs were met. I recently visited Firestone Complete Auto Care for my DMV vehicle inspection, and I had a really great experience. I’m a new widow. My husband of 47 years did all our car repairs except for tires and oil changes when he got older. I was left with 3 autos needing items. I discussed each autos need that I was aware of with staff members and prices were quoted. my desire to learn if autos had any other issues staff recommended the bumper to bumper check at less than $10 bucks. I took each auto in 3 consecutive days. They were transparent with each check.only one auto needed an item from the bumper to bumper check. Which was a noise complaint that auto was making and the check identified it. There was never a feeling of trying to upsell anything. If not needed I received a alls good from them. My appointments were made with them knowing I needed to wait for the vehicle. I spent the expected time needed for service but on such nice days I do wish a bench had been available outside. In addition to tires, they offer a vast array of services, such as oil changes, vehicle inspections, cooling systems, brakes and much more. Salman (sales manager), answered my call with cheerful energy, easily located my service info in their system, and booked my appointment. The store is clean, organized, the lobby is quiet and relaxed. The crew makes you feel comfortable and ensure that you're relaxed and refreshed while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced by knowledgeable, attentive techs. You'll find plenty of parking, with some spaces for physically impaired. The entrance, though the asphalt and sidewalk are smooth enough to easily be navigated by wheelchair, the door isn't powered and may require some assistance to open. This team effectively communicates and executes, has an impressive stock of high quality parts and materials, and knows how to treat their customers, Great work, Team Firestone Mid Rivers! Keep doing what you're doing. You've successfully added another faithful client to your books.
